Ikea Alcorcón

In Alcorcón, Madrid, the project developed by the promoter Ikea and designed by the architect Arditénica in 2015 is located. This project is used for commercial purposes and parking. We have provided contracted services that include the Basic and Execution Project, as well as the Supervision of the works. The floor area reaches 30,000 m², distributed over 2 basements, ground floor, and one additional floor. In total, the overall project area covers 122,500 m². The foundation was carried out superficially using footings, while the structure was built with prefabricated elements. The budget for the structure's execution is estimated at €15,800,000.
